Decathlon Gift Card

**During one transaction at a Decathlon stationary store, the Customer may use a maximum of 6 Gift Cards, and during one transaction at www.decathlon.pl - a maximum of 10 Gift Cards.**

1. Each Gift Card is valid for 2 (two) years from the date of its activation.
2. The card is accepted in all stationary stores in which Decathlon conducts business in Poland, as well as in Decathlon stores operated by companies from the Decathlon group in the Czech Republic, Monaco, Germany, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands, France, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Turkey, Hungary and Italy. The card is also accepted for online purchases at www.decathlon.pl.
3. If the purchase made by the Customer does not exhaust the entire amount on the Gift Card, the remaining funds on the Gift Card will be at the Customer's disposal for subsequent purchases, until the amount on the Gift Card is exhausted or until the Card expires Gift.
4. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, and it is not possible to issue the change if the value of the purchase transaction of the goods is less than the value of the Gift Card. It is not possible to issue a duplicate card if it is lost, stolen or expires. The Customer may check the expiry date of the Gift Card at http://kartapodarcyjna.decathlon.pl/saldo. After the Gift Card expires, it is not possible to redeem it and it is not possible to withdraw funds remaining on the Gift Card.
5. During one transaction at a Decathlon stationary store, the Customer may use a maximum of 6 Gift Cards, and during one transaction at decathlon.pl - a maximum of 10 Gift Cards.
6. The Customer may pay with the Gift Card the entire price of the purchased goods or part thereof, and pay the rest with cash or a payment card. For transactions in the online store decathlon.pl, the customer can pay the rest of the amount by credit card, debit card or online transfer. Payments with the Gift Card in the online store decathlon.pl can not be combined with a parcel on delivery, a loyalty e-voucher or a traditional transfer.
7. In the event of positive consideration of a possible return or complaint of goods purchased by the Customer using a Gift Card, Decathlon will return the amount paid in the online store to the Customer in the form of a promotional code equal to the value of the amount used from the Gift Card used to purchase the returned goods - the amount will be refunded within 7 days from the date of returning the goods or accepting the complaint, and the promotional code will be available for use only in the online store decathlon.pl.
8. In the event of a positive consideration of a possible return or complaint of goods purchased by the Customer using a Gift Card, Decathlon will refund the amount paid in the stationary store to the Customer by issuing a new Gift Card to the Customer with a value equal to the price of the returned goods. Additional payments for cash or card transactions will be refunded in the same way according to the payment source.
9. In the event of any problems related to the implementation of Gift Cards, the return or complaint of purchased goods, the Customer has the right to lodge a complaint in the Decathlon store where he made the purchase or via the Decathlon email address: [email protected]
